            I think this speaks to the fact that the Senate is frequently referred to as "the upper chamber".
            Senators do seem to consider themselves as the adults in Washington. It's not a hard case to make these days with the way the House is behaving.

              Yeah, the House has pretty much turned into a frat house.
              The first to state his case seems right until another comes and cross-examines him.
