It is become increasingly apparent that the Democrats have come to terms that they will not be winning the White House in 2020 and are now in damage control mode. The big worry among the party leaders is that if Sanders were the nominee they would lose the House and a huge number of state and local elections as well. They're still trying to recover from the damage that Obama did to the party -- they lost more House, Senate, state legislative and governors seats under him than anyone ever has while he was president (going from 60 to 46 Senators, from 257 members of the House to 188 as well as losing 12 governorships and nearly a thousand seats in state legislatures). They do not want a repeat of that.

If you don't like suffering of people, you won't like what Dems in California have done in San Francisco and Los Angeles ... and all of California.

Your wish is Biden's command. He seems to be TRYING to give the election to Trump.

I read an interesting editorial that California's recently passed "gig law" that has effectively destroyed California's seasonal, part-time, and freelance job market may have angered enough people into casting a protest vote for Trump, which could swing California towards Republican for the first time since Bush 41. I don't know if it will really happen, though.

Many say the same thing concerning Sanders getting the nomination.

Some are saying it doesn't matter who gets the Democrat nomination, they're going to have an uphill battle to beat Trump.

Apparently his young "revolutionaries" aren't voting. So either they don't care about this stuff enough to vote, or they aren't buying the Orange Man End of the World narrative being shoved down their throat because when they're playing video games or out riding their skateboards with their buddies things aren't really as bad as the left is making it out to be.
