Googling a few other articles make it clear that the issue she was being accused of was prolonged harassment.

You'll be pleased to know that another UK court made it very clear at the same time that tweeting transphobic comments in general (not directed at any specific person, not harassing any specific person) was perfectly fine and a free speech issue, and told police off for talking to a person about the fact they'd tweeted 50 anti-trans comments.
