No. We can pretty accurately model what the virus does, how fast it spreads under varying conditions. One reason I doubt the 17 Nov date (which comes from some epidfemiologist) is that the number of cases, and hospital cases would have increased sooner. And as for anything sooner (they knew about for months but lied), that definitely implies that they had enough knowledge, and were skillful enough to do a darn good job.

The "They knew about for months and lied" does not match the evidence, other than the conspiracy sites.

The lies China did are pretty similar to the Fake news being disseminated by the US and WHO, who relies on the official US counts, even though everyone knows that they are not accurate.
