The human toll for this lockdown will likely be worse than the effects that the virus itself could have done.

The effects of lockdowns will certainly be bad. But a very large number of people dying from the virus is likely to be worse. Most of us are not prepared to accept mass deaths just to keep the economy afloat.

We also cannot stay in prison forever. And we do not know what the virus effect is in open society. Everything is a guess. The virus may continue as we gather together again. Part of the purpose of the quaratine seems to be to slowdown the propagation so that hospitals can manage cases that come to them. This implies that the cases will continue after we start living normal lives.

So, how do you assess the media's guilt in its tendency to lie? This can propagate problems because the mass media has tarnished its reputation so severely.

"The reports of my death have been greatly exaggerated," he told Patch lightly, using Star Trek character Capt. Jean Luc Picard's adaptation of the famous Mark Twain quote.

Della Sala and his family were a bit taken aback when the Florida Department of Health reported his death at 6 p.m. Friday.

Four hours later, the DOH retracted the report, but not before Della Sala received a flurry of frantic phone calls from friends and family.

They showed footage of the inside of a hospital that was not the same hospital implied by the story. But the video of the hospital had little to do with whether the story itself was fake news. If you want to find fake news, go to FOX, or just wait for Trump to say something.

It is interesting that people are not in a line to get tested. I see some people walking behind the railing but I think they were just walking down the street to get somewhere else.

Why was the hospital so calm during the day but now there are thousands of ambulances moving people around?
There would be upward of a 100 deaths a day for 15 days -- this would likely mean there would be more activity around the hospital than we saw on the previous post's video.

With a 100 deaths per day, there would have to be at least a thousand patients going for treatment of their sickness. There would have to be a hundred new patients each day just to keep enough patients at the hospital to balance out the deaths -- this is just a minimum for the sake of understanding how busy the hospital would be with people coming in cars and ambulances. There would be more people just going there for general concern of their illness or for testing.

The previous post shows outside activity at the hospital for 2 hours. How could the hospital be inundated with patients without anyone showing up on this video?

A few options, not mutually exclusive:

a) The people who made the video of it not busy are deliberately deceiving you in some way.

b) Most normal patients are staying away from the hospital at the moment.

c) The hospital is full. New patients aren't coming there because they are going elsewhere instead.

d) That particular entrance / view of the hospital isn't busy, other parts are.

e) That particular hospital is in an area not much affected by covid yet.

Nothing is adding up here.

I understand liking alternative media over mainstream media. But why don't you try watching some truth-based alternative media rather than the crazy and deceptive channels you appear to have found? I recommend on youtube: the David Pakman Show, TYT, Secular Talk, and The Majority Report. If you do like a dosing of conspiracy theory in with your truth, then The Jimmy Dore Show is for you.

The NYPost video shows maybe 30 people. There are 594 staffed beds at that hospital. It is not easy to know what the situation is in this hospital from that image. One problem is that the video violates HIPAA patient privacy. So some staff members have acted quite badly.

If there is a need for something like a thousand ambulances through FEMA, how come the citizen reporter shows a video where ambulances are idle? This citizen video shows more critical and useful information -- actual view of the hospital for 2 hours -- than either the NBC (which did not identify the location of the ambulances) nor the NY Post video which was too narrow in scope to know what is happening.

I'm not sure why your video is thought to be useful evidence.
