Christianity and Conspiracies 2.
"I am not angered that the Moral Majority boys campaign against abortion. I am angry when the same men who say, "Save OUR children" bellow "Build more and bigger bombers." That's right! Blast the children in other nations into eternity, or limbless misery as they lay crippled from "OUR" bombers! This does not jell." - Leonard RavenhillTags: None

So we see the predominant story has been incorrect. Then the governors acted in supposed panic to fix things -- but they will end up causing more deaths through the economic effects on society. Are we not supposed to question this or question their motives? Are we not to question their motives when government leaders are constantly using this disaster to speak against Trump while these fools are promoting socialist change? I don't find Stetzer offering any wisdom here.

I know one guy who likes to post evidence for Christianity on Facebook, and he also has been posting that nonsense about Hillary Clinton molesting children in the basement of a pizza parlor (using such arguments such as that one person's last name translates to something similar to "children" in another language). If I weren't a Christian, I wouldn't pay attention to anything he said about Jesus either."I am not angered that the Moral Majority boys campaign against abortion. The other choice then is to let people suffer needlesly so umm that I can preserve my Christian reputation.

The choice made was with strong concern about the effect on my reputation. I wished to preserve my reputation for important findings I have concerning our understanding of Romans and Galatians. (The findings are about the context and flow of the letters.) It is these topics where Christians can at least debate whether these findings overcome many of the difficulties encountered in these letters.

Paul is clear that the gospel is madness by the standards this world. Those who want to appear '''''''''''reasonable'''''''''''''' by worldly standards, why should any one care?Remember that you are dust and to dust you shall return.

Robert Morey... the guy who suggested nuking Mecca, right?
Shortly before he died, he showed up in one of my online theology Facebook groups, using profanity and making physical threats against people he disagreed with (then he actually said he wanted to show up at a theology conference to "rumble"). We had to kick him out.Last edited by KingsGambit; 05-29-2020, 02:09 PM."I am not angered that the Moral Majority boys campaign against abortion. If we believe the bible, that everyone's heart is bent towards wickedness, that would be proof in and of itself that conspiracies exist? I typically use that as the framework. IOW, the erroneous idea that humans wouldn't conspire to perform a heinous act (no matter how heinous it is against other human beings) because of morality pretty much goes out the window based on scripture. And it's logical to assume that wealthy and powerful folks are no less immoral than poor less powerful folks. And the more wealth and power behind the conspiracy, the bigger the conspiracy probably is. Now all that is needed is actual proof for the conspiracy, which is the difficult part, since present conspiracies are... well... kept secret (until they're exposed later when the conspiracy has already been orchestrated and the perps are usually dead).
