You can do video conferences using jitsi. I saw this on an email from my university and thought I would check it.
It can work with cellphones using an installed version of jitsi. There is a Windows download It also includes support Slack -- sort of a discussion site that can be used to keep business discussions focused -- instead of just getting mixed into emails.
The website is https://jitsi.org/
Downloads page (phone and desktop apps): https://jitsi.org/downloads/
If you want to just test out a meeting from a computer, you can setup a meeting at https://meet.jit.si/
A link will be available for your meeting to share with others -- who can join by phone or a web browser. It also provides a phone number for those who just join by audio.
Another great option is the ability to setup a server to host the videos. If you are ambitious, you can also support phone call-in support.
