Again, again, and again, if Flynn was under duress because of his sons possibly criminal liability, that is the fault of the son, not the FBI. For one thing, there is no evidence that the FBI threatened Flynn with charging his son. The truth is that FBI took pains to not promise Flynn anything concerning his son. Besides that, using his son as leverage, had they chosen to do so, would not be illegal anyway. And besides that, why on earth should protecting another criminal, son or not, be grounds for changing ones plea?Originally posted by Mountain Man View PostComment

Susan Rice has asked Trump to declassify the intercepted phone calls between Flynn and Kislyak. Given that the story from the right is that these calls were totally above board one wonders why Trump might not follow through on that, especially when it would surely help demonstrate the need to reverse Flynn's plea. If the call really is totally innocent why might Trump not take her up on that?
