Dozen of people across the country have been arrested and fined for violating social distancing orders. Our churches here in my state sill can not open. Yet we have hundreds and thousands of protesters marching arm and arm and shoulder to shoulder. Why the double standard? If we have a spike of infections can we blame these people?

If there's an infection spike, yes.

Maybe they can put the arrested protesters in all the empty nursing homes where everybody's died from Wuhan.

Originally posted by seer View PostOf course there is a double standard - all theses protesters are violating social distancing orders. For instance recently 50 people were handcuffed, summoned and fined for violating social distancing orders (see link). Yet last night in Brooklyn (same town) hundreds of protesters were clearly seen violating said orders - no one was arrested for violating social distancing orders.
You're not going to see any tickets for jaywalking, either...
