My Hunchback Bread

Where do you go to insert a pic.? The only way I know to put in a pic is via the advanced reply to page.

OK, maybe somebody knows a better way to do it, but it seems the only way I can get it to work is clicking the picture Icon in the tool bar:

Then, making sure I have "From Computer" tab selected, click on Basic Editor in the lower right corner:

Then "Browse":

It opens a Windows Dialogue Box to let me find the file I want to upload:

4 - select file.jpg

And click "open" or whatever you need to do to "select" that file....
Then the tricky part, because it's not real obvious it's "selectable", is the "upload" button (if you can call it a button)

That's the only way I know to reliably get files uploaded.

So, when you EDIT your post, and go down to "Manage Attachments", are they there?

Yes, and I get this message at the top:



Sum of all attachments owned by mossrose: 478.0 KB

Current Attachment Total: 478.0 KB

Maximum Attachment Storage: 976.6 KB

And of course, the current attachment total changes with every image I upload. Until it tells me I can't upload any more, and I have to delete the ones I have uploaded if I want to add others.

I tried again in the IT Dept and got only a link. Sparky got the face palm picture though. Ah well.
