    So how are conservatives here feeling about Trump's amazing SCOTUS picks now that Trump's first pick wrote this pro-LGBT decision?

    I've seen some on this site say Trump's getting SCOTUS picks was their major motivation for voting for him over Hillary...

    I guess when Trump told us in the campaign that his election would be great for LGBT people he, for once, wasn't totally lying.

          We have had those protections in my state for quite a while, so nothing will change here. What bothered me more was that they would not take up or decide the 2nd Amendment cases that came before them.

                  One look at his record over the decades clearly shows that Trump has always been very sympathetic toward gays and lesbians. That this comes as a surprise to you is no doubt a result on your relying on Young Turk videos and Hollyweird for all your information.

                                But he says clearly that Title VII only had biological sex in mind - so he took precedent over the text. What if he did that with the Constitution? And from what I read these precedents were ambiguous.
