Love it or hate it, the one conservative value that hasn't changed is the "conservatization" of the American Justice System. Moscow Mitch led the effort to deny Obama his right to appoint justices to the SCOTUS, and Trump himself has appointed two. In just a few years, the political make of up the highest court in the land has theoretically jumped to the right side of the fence.
So far, however, the conservative SCOTUS doesn't seem to be bringing this conservative utopia to life. Witness today's ruling:
