Natural Science 301 Guidelines

This is an open forum area for all members for discussions on all issues of science and origins. This area will and does get volatile at times, but we ask that it be kept to a dull roar, and moderators will intervene to keep the peace if necessary. This means obvious trolling and flaming that becomes a problem will be dealt with, and you might find yourself in the doghouse.

As usual, Tweb rules apply. If you haven't read them now would be a good time.

  • A new very small Pterosaur has been discovered

I support the concept that larger animals evolve in lineages from smaller animals, as in the evidence for elephants and horses. This is beginning to be revealed in the dinosaurs.

Juramaia was a small early mammal.

Microraptor is probably my favorite. Despite having four wings there is still a great deal of debate whether or not it was capable of powered flight or merely glided kinda like flying squirrels and Australian sugar gliders.

I'm always still in trouble again

Yes, Juramaia was likely among our earliest mammal ancestors, and there appears to a similar form and adaptation of the Kongonaphon and the other first small animals known near the root of the ornithodiran family tree.
