An Italian scientist on the worldwide laboratory CERN, dwelling to the Massive Hadron Collider, had his scheduled seminar on statistical imbalances between the sexes in physics canceled and his place on the laboratory revoked as a result of he advised that obvious inequities may not be straight as a result of sexism. A gaggle of linguistics college students initiated a public petition asking that the psychologist Steven Pinker be stripped of his place as a Linguistics Society of America Fellow for such offenses as tweeting a New York Instances article they disapproved of.

Precise censorship can also be occurring. A distinguished chemist in Canada argued in favor of merit-based science and in opposition to hiring practices that purpose at equality of final result in the event that they end result “in discrimination in opposition to essentially the most meritorious candidates.” For that he was censured by his college provost, his printed assessment article on analysis and training in natural synthesis was faraway from the journal web site, and two editors concerned in accepting it have been suspended.
IK read the article and it is pure trash. Your using the unreliable anti-science source to justify your anti-science agenda.

It's weird when posters here who aren't scientists and who are commonly anti-science in other matters (Climate change, Covid, Evolution etc), suddenly seem to pretend to care deeply about science when they can convince themselves that science is being undermined by the Liberal Agenda. But they don't seem interested in listening to what any of the actual scientists who post here have to say. Do those posters buy the nonsense they're spouting? Or are they well-aware they're full of it?
"I hate him passionately", he's "a demonic force" - Tucker Carlson, in private, on Donald Trump
"Every line of serious work that I have written since 1936 has been written, directly or indirectly, against totalitarianism and for democratic socialism" - George Orwell
"[Capitalism] as it exists today is, in my opinion, the real source of evils. I am convinced there is only one way to eliminate these grave evils, namely through the establishment of a socialist economy" - Albert Einstein

Well, notice that his concern is actually that a fringe view trying to link sexism and science was rejected by a scientific organisation, not that actual science was somehow hindered.
My brethren, do not hold your faith in our glorious Lord Jesus Christ with an attitude of personal favoritism. James 2:1

If anyone thinks himself to be religious, and yet does not  bridle his tongue but deceives his own heart, this man’s religion is worthless James 1:26

This you know, my beloved brethren. But everyone must be quick to hear, slow to speak and slow to anger; James 1:19

So Lawrence Krauss is a liar? I remember you quoting him in the past concerning our debate on cosmology... Was he lying then too?

He claimed an "ideological encroachment corrupts scientific establishments." "Corrupts," and that there is a chilling affect against contrarian viewpoints to this occurring from "scientific management teams." How in the world do you interpret that as actual science NOT being hindered?
