A lot of it from the US, we have a lot of great cotton here, much is milled in South America, North Africa and Japan - Japan has some of the best milled cotton in the world. My wool coats come from Johnson Woolen Mill from locally grown Sheep. Wool shirts milled in the US by Pendleton, Brook Brothers Oxford shirts use American milled cotton, I believe the same for my Gitman shirts. Do some of my cotton shirts have cotton milled in China? Perhaps but I do by best not to buy anything from China. I know where my shoes and boot are made and where the leather originates, like the Horween tannery.

The point is that we cannot be entirely sure that products we buy have not [at some point in their production] been produced or in contact with forced labour or slave labour. We can endeavour to ensure that we do not deliberately purchase products from regimes where such conditions exist but many large corporations are not overly concerned about from whence they source their raw materials or stock.
