    Is This Fast?

    I see comments about WiFi download/uploads speed but I understand just the basic concept. I think...

    Ran my phone's Avast App wifi speed test and here's the result....and I don't know if if this is good?

    I'm a little surprised that your upload speed is higher than your download speed. 7mbps up is about DSL speed, which isn't terrible, but the upload speed for that is generally much lower. See if you can download the speedtest.net app, and run that.
    The first to state his case seems right until another comes and cross-examines him.

          Yeah, that's a lot better, and makes more sense -- your upload speed is generally 25% or so of your download speed.

          And your download speed is 10 faster than with that other app.

          ETA: I've been awake for a zillion hours, and am about to crash and burn, but here's a good resource....
