Considering the nutty conspiracy theories promulgated by the Democrats over the last few years, I think we already know.

Actually, they have let their nut bag beliefs out in the open, and have let their nut bags run the show.

Can anyone look at Cortez and Pelosi, as merely two examples, and not see a nutter?

We have like 8 years left, or we are all doomed! Doomed I tell ya.

Give me conspiracies that amount to nothing, rather than Democrat policies that destroy lives, are based on idiot feelings, and leave everyone miserable.

That's been my impression of "q", that most of it is telling people "Don't worry, we got this. Liberals are going down!" and that's pretty much the end of it. It has no influence other than in the heads of those willing to listen. Contrast this with the Democrat's "Russian Collusion Delusion" and "Ukrainian Phone Call Hoax" which halted progress and drug our country through the wringer.

Quite true (emphasized). I am seeing conspiracists everywhere these days, basing beliefs on almost nothing, so the QAnon are just another group. It's ironic when Putin Puppeteer conspiracists or the Area 51 conspiracists attack QAnon conspiracists. They all need a rubber room.

You asked why QAnon is referred to as an extreme right-wing conspiracy theory, and then went on to show that it's an extreme right-wing conspiracy theory.

Meetings in the White House are special privilages for those that have mutual support for the President, and support for strong advocates of Qanon are indeed factual. Add in his support of Dr. Stella Emmanuel, and this goes far beyond bizzaro conspiracies and fringe terrible beliefs. Marjorie Taylor Greene, a businesswoman who has expressed racist views and support for the far-right conspiracy theory QAnon, has won the Republican nomination for Georgia’s 14th congressional district.

Greene beat the neurosurgeon John Cowan in a primary runoff for the open seat on Tuesday in the deep-red district in north-west Georgia, despite several Republican officials denouncing her campaign after videos surfaced in which she expressed racist, antisemitic and anti-Muslim views.

She has amassed tens of thousands of followers on social media, where she often posts videos of herself speaking directly to the camera. Those videos have helped propel her popularity with her base, while also drawing strong condemnation from some future would-be colleagues in Congress.

In a series of videos unearthed just after Greene placed first in the initial 9 June Republican primary, she complains of an “Islamic invasion” into government offices, claims Black and Hispanic men are held back by “gangs and dealing drugs”, and pushes an antisemitic conspiracy theory that the billionaire philanthropist George Soros, who is Jewish, collaborated with the Nazis.

Marjorie Taylor Greene recieved praise and support from Trump and other leading politicians in the Republican Party, and support of Qanon from other Republican politicians all over the USA. She has overwhelming support from the Republicans in her district.

Like I've said before, I don't know Qanon from Alanon. Nobody I know knows anything about it, except that the liberals like to accuse conservatives of being "in it", to counter claims about BLM or antifa.
