What do the Iraqis think of the war?
Many people in m many nations believe they have an understanding of how to properly deal with Sadaam and his affiliates. One group says do this, another says do the opposite. But how many have considered the desires of the Iraqi people themselves. Admist all the global "outrage" at the US for this fight, many Iraqis seem to be very greatful for our efforts and anticipate their liberation.

In fact I think that's the best reason for such an action. Unfortunately it is the one argument that Bush did not push as much. I think more people would get behind the war effort if that argument was made loud and clear.

My most recent faith struggle is not one of intellect. I don't really do that anymore. Sooner or later you just figure out there are some guys who don't believe in God and they can prove He doesn't exist, and some other guys who can prove He does exist, and the argument stopped being about God a long time ago and now it's about who is smarter, and honestly, I don't care. ~ Don Miller Blue Like Jazz

I think that that is the reason that W. has not capitalized on the Human Rights angle.

...and yes its not about freeing people, its about national security.
From what I've read the Iraqi's seem to like it when U.S. Troops come into town. Kinda funny, it seems to be the only country that's not protesting the war.

That argument has been defeated. Done in. Finished. A pale shadow of a whine for those who can't find anything truly nasty to say about our motivations. Keep using it and you risk complete and utter irrelevancy, as well as a place on the "ignore" list.
In reaction to Richwine Affair, all right-thinking people are quick to proclaim that they don’t believe in a genetic basis for IQ. They’re much less quick to explain – with any sort of precision – what they actually do believe in. At best, we’re treated to some hand-waving paired with the phrase “social construct.”.
