I like your slippers Dee Dee, are those yours on the suitcase in your bedroom?
And I have a niece who has a duck like yours.
OK, here's something I heard on the net, I had to share.
"Did you know a remote controle is like a woman?
A man feels lost without it, and he likes to push it's buttons". :)"Great indeed, we confess, is the mystery of our religion.
He was manifested in the flesh,
justified in the Spirit,
seen by angels,
preached among the nations,
believed on in the world,
taken up in glory."
I Timothy 3:16
"Safe?..., who said anything about safe? 'Course He isn't safe. But He's good. He's the King, I tell you."

Well yesterday was really stressful. We found some damages that need to be addressed taht we did not anticipate. We found some mold and rotten drywall behind the baseboards at two bedrooms, and one area behind the refrigerator which is terrible which was the source of that terrible carpenter ant infestation we had a few months back. We found the queen and killed the nest. I have to take a look at my insurance policy to see if there is any kind of coverage, I am not sure. The mold damages may be covered.

It's a good thing you found out about the mold. Black mold can be very damaging, not just to your house, but to your health. There is even some thought that the red and green mold may lead to cancer, so it is very good that you found out about the mold. See if you can get an environmentalist to make sure it is cleaned up properly. It could cause some big problems with your lungs if you don't. A few years back I had it in my basement, and someone told me that to keep the air moving and dry (dehumidifiers, fans, heat in winter) is a good thing to keep mold away.
One nurse told me that mold in bread, if you open a moldy bread bag and it flies up in your face, can cause even severe eye damage (of course it would have to be pretty moldy), so be careful."Great indeed, we confess, is the mystery of our religion.
He was manifested in the flesh,
justified in the Spirit,

preached among the nations,
believed on in the world,

May 10th 2004, 09:53 AM #44When I get back to the house I have to check my policy on the mold thing. Otherwise we will just have to fix it and find out the source.

My husband is at the house now. They are jackhammering up the one area where there was already some older tile (kitchen dining room and master bath) and are beginning to lay the new tile today. Hopefully I will have some pics later today.Nochyu mokraya ptitsa nikogda ne letaet.

Did you know the Bible, in the Old Testament, warned about problems with mold in clothing, clay, wood, leather and walls of buildings. If the mold didn't go away after it was scraped, the whole wall had to come down and be rebuilt, or parts of it. And if it kept coming back, they would tear down the whole house. If you do an internet search on the web, you'll find that people have even sued over health problems with mold.
