      Re: The Fundamentals

"Modern Day Prophet" by Douglas Duncan is the only book to ever teach the benefits gained through learning the hidden spiritual aspect of the laws as given to Moses.

Through understanding these laws and how they deal with Christ formed in us rather than defining sin, all doctrines taught in the churches of today may be proven true or false allowing the student to cleanse themselves of the traditions of man that cause a separation between the believer and God.

Not only was the author raised from the dead following a car accident but his experiences while "dead" correspond to the "resurrection of the dead" when all are judged for the things they have done while they lived on earth. Because this is contrary to what most Christians are taught the author learned to go to God to hear the truth from Him that resulted in a significant number of miracles that could not have happened without the presence of divinity.

A "free google preview" button appears in the link below that reveals the first three chapters and then some. If nothing else this book is worthy of serious consideration for any person who wants to search for the answers for why some people witness and experience miracles while others do not.

      Blessings

That does not sound like the "Fundamentals" to me....
1 Corinthians 2:14 The man without the Spirit does not accept the things that come from the Spirit of God, for they are foolishness to him, and he cannot understand them, because they are spiritually discerned.

Ephesians 2:8-9 For it is by grace you have been saved, through faith—and this not from yourselves, it is the gift of God— not by works, so that no one can boast.

"I recall your earliest lessons. You fell from one thousand feet during the walk of death, which, alone, was odd enough at your age, but you made short work of the walk of maiming and the walk of intense discomfort and tore your head clean off. I comforted you, well, your head, saying that you could just walk if off, because, you know, the cut was clean and then you would punch a mountain. In space!" -Master Li, Jade Empire

It was through learning the deep truths hidden within the law that led David to see what he did about Christ and understand the words spoken in the spirit to him about Christ

Unfortunately the word 'laws" has become, a 4 letter word to most believers despite Jesus saying that those who would learn them and be able to teach the truth of them to others would become great in the kingdom (Matt.5 ;19)............ IMO that is pretty fundamental
