Glory Seed Guidelines

Notice – The ministries featured in this section of TheologyWeb are guests of this site and in some cases not bargaining for the rough and tumble world of debate forums, though sometimes they are. Additionally, this area is frequented and highlighted for guests who also very often are not acclimated to debate fora. As such, the rules of conduct here will be more strict than in the general forum. This will be something within the discretion of the Moderators and the Ministry Representative, but we simply ask that you conduct yourselves in a manner considerate of the fact that these ministries are our invited guests. You can always feel free to start a related thread in general forum without such extra restrictions. Thank you.

These daily devotionals are brought to you by Gary Piper, a writer with our Sister Site, Natural Spirit Ministries. TheologyWeb encourages you to visit and support their site.... they have many informative articles which can be discussed right here. If you enjoy Gary Piper's devotionals, please send him an encouraging note or post. We are very appreciative of our partnership with Natural Spirit Ministries and look forward to many more co-ventures.

    A Glory Seed Devotional
    Keeping Hope Alive…

Every now and then I can still here my good friend Robert Campbell not only enthusiastically saying, “Keep hope alive!” but passionately living it as well. In case you’re wondering how he could base his life on keeping hope alive he knew without a doubt God always does what he plans and his plans are to bless us. He knew that hope is never about “what ifs” instead I knew and based his life on “God will”.

One of the most powerful scriptures laying the foundation for keeping hope alive is found in chapter 1 of the apostle Paul letter to the Ephesians. It not only lays a foundation for keeping hope alive but comes with a guarantee!

“God always does what he plans, and that’s why he had Christ choose us… Christ also brought you the truth, which is the good news about how you can be saved. You put your faith in Christ and were given the promised Holy Spirit to show that you belong to God. The Spirit also makes us sure that we will be given what God has stored up for his people. Then we will be set free, and God will be honored and praised.” (Ephesians 1:11, 13–14, CEV)

Words of hope for today, tomorrow, and every day thereafter here they are: God always does what he plans and his plans are to bless you! And if you want to know how long hope will be alive here’s the answer, Hope will be alive as long as God is alive!

    Believe it! Experience it!
    Grace and PEACE,
    Gary
