my views:
great tribulation, great apostasy, and man of lawlessness are all past events. All I wait for is the second coming of our LORD and saviour, Jesus Christ. I do not think, however, the rapture will be a literal "walking on the clouds"... If anything, the wicked are plucked from the Earth. Also, I'm amillennial.

I voted Other
If there was a Great Tribulation, it took place in 66-73 ce. Rev. 13 may be foretelling some of the GT events which would happen in Jerusalem.
"A nation that continues year after year to spend more money on military defense than on programs of social uplift is approaching spiritual death." Rev. Dr. Martin Luther King Jr., April 4, 1967
"....we are all his children" St. Paul, Acts 17:28

Silly poll....
I voted "other" because the trib happened a long time ago. There should be another option that says "Premillennialism is the DEVIL!"

June 22nd 2003, 02:54 PM #23Can I throw my vote along similar lines to rustyb (aka theist)? That'd be another Other, right? ...Or post- ? Whatever.05-08-2003 @ 06:51 PM post located here

Why did I vote for midtrib?
Has pre-wrath always been there?
Pre-wrath better represents my position.

I am
mid trib but since my 'conversion' to reformed theology, I am wondering if I should also convert to Amillennialism? Any thoughts?

But no, you should never just decide to change your view in one area to fit more comfortably with your new theological enviroment. I think you should give up premillennialism because it is so clearly unbiblical, not just because you're Reformed

Re: Re: I am
I'm not totally convinced that either Pre- or A-mill is wrong, however. I think there are scriptural bases for and against both; my leanings are still towards Pre-mill. I could be wrong, of course.Today @ 12:08 AM post located here
