Romans 5:9

I am saved from the wrath to come.

Romans 5:9 states you will be saved from God's wrath but it says nothing about the 'wrath to come.'

Where is the wrath to come described?
Basically, in the Book of Revelation

I would think God's wrath is a lot more general than that.

Consider also that Jesus' return in the Book of Revelation includes him "touching down" his feet touch the earth.

Not so in I Thessalonians 4:13-18, we meet him in the air.

That doesn't mean He doesn't 'touch down' it means you go up to greet Him.

It seems to me this is more personal interpretation than what the scripture strictly says.

Now we have peace with God.

We have that peace and it remains. Even as our justification remains.

We are saved now from wrath now, because we have peace with God.

And we are saved from the wrath to come because we will have that peace with God in the future as well.

And we will be have been gathered up, even as I Thessalonians 4:13-18 and I Corinthians 15 describes

It seems to me that Paul is talking about a peace which does not depend on the circumstances, so I'm not sure what it would have to do with the question of whether or not Christians will be raptured.

And since the Greek word for 'meeting' referred to people going out to meet someone it makes perfect sense that these two things would go together.

All she is skilled upon is her supposed version of the Old Testament, which is not the King James' version, and all of her words are based upon what is in her Tanukh. I know both the Old and NEW TESTAMENT. Jesus said that 'there is this New Covenant which I give you, that you shall love each other even as I have loved you". He said that meant whoever would pass as a Good Samaritan to help a stranger out. You will find out from God what HIS STORY IS when He confers with you from wherever you are going in this afterlife. Millions of Christians base their Christian religion on the King James Version of the Bible. Are they all WRONG? Or is maybe Susan Manic wrong??

I'm really tired of chatting with you after the last episode I went through with you. I would just as soon not cast my pearls before swine. Jesus said, If you come to a house who does not believe you, cast the dust off of your feet against that house. Well, Susan, to you I cast my dust off also. I've tried communicating with you before to no avail. You twist words around too much!! If others can't see that, I am sorry for them. I do know what REAL LOVE IS, and I know when ADMONITION and CHASTISEMENT is due.

God is real love and my adoration of Him is immense, as well as to Jesus Christ and the Holy Spirit. I love them dearly as I do everyone in this world. But that doesn't mean I love some of the ways people have. I will be so glad to be with our God, Jesus and the Holy Ghost when I die, not because I am trying to escape hell, but instead because I want to learn from them and chat, and help others out who need some more of life's experiences before they can make it to heaven. Do you know the Holy Spirit?? I have been visited a number of times by the Holy Spirit and it is awesome, though those are the only details that I will give you. You tell me how does it feel to have the Holy Ghost visit you?? What does the experience feel like?? Then, I will know what you mean.

Sorry, Michael I don't have to justify or even describe my spiritual experiences to you. As for the so-called 'devil's version of the holy spirit' let me remind you of what Jesus said to those who made similar accusations:

Susan, you don't seem to really have an answer to my questions. I only asked if you have been visited by the Holy Spirit, and in your last post, you said you'd felt a presence and left it at that. It sounds like a cop-out to me that you don't have an answer to because you've never experienced having the Holy Spirit really visit you. Most any other person who had even had such an experience would not be able to keep it contained in themselves about exactly what had happened to them if they had a visit from the Holy Spirit.

Every Christian knows that the devil has a fake version of the Holy Spirit that he tries to fool people with and it feels like a tingling and lies, and that's about it. I will tell you in my next reply how it feels to have the Holy Spirit visit you and what you undergo. So you still don't want to justify or explain your experience to me, fine. That' doesn't sound like someone who has undergone such an experience because that person would be full of Joy and Praising of the Lord God and Jesus, and would welcome the chance to explain what had happened to them. Yes, I am testing to see if you have had a REAL visit from the Holy Ghost rather than what you had to say in your last post. It IS JUSTIFIABLE for me to do so, as any person would.
