The Tuesday hearing is being rescheduled - I only have to worry about Mondays! And I will have my attorney present (it's a phone hearing - totally weird).

Well, the unemployment appeal hearing is done. Won't get an answer for another week or so - Friday next.
The other appeal is scheduled for January 20. Not feeling as good about this one - not that I ever felt 'good' about it.
Car wreck yesterday. Well, I no longer need to worry about the deductible for the deer damage - the guy clipped my front end on the same side. Driving like a crazy man in a parking lot, managed to mangle his side doors (his grandmother's car) and my front end all the way to the frame itself. Both cars were drivable (I had to tell him where to place the danged jack while he was changing his tire - the muffler? Seriously?) but I don't know yet who will be found at fault. This is not good...
