        I haven't roasted them yet. They are still sitting in my freezer. Nor have I had any of the others since the 17th.

          No mention of salt. It may remove more phytic acid than otherwise, but I'm not sure it's using salt to "salt" the phytic acid??

            The couple of articles I read said to soak in salted water. That helps remove the enzymes that may cause allergies. Don't know about the phytic acid.
