      My Surgery Recovery Update thread

This is the last thread I'll start on this topic, I promise.

Ok, so I seem to be recovering fairly quickly from surgery, I've been eating alot of ice dream, and I'm on pennicilin. Now, for the next ten days I'll have to rinse my mouth with this liquid stuff to prevent infection, and they said that it's flavored like chocolate, but for 15 to 20 minutes after using it I can't drink any water, I can only eat something, because otherwise it makes it taste really bitter.

      Also, I start school tommorow.

Oh I didn't know you had surgery. Did you have your tonsils taken out?
      Hope you recover soon.

It was wisdom teeth actually, had three of the four out since one of them had enough room.

      Bah, humbug.

I had one wisdom tooth out on my way to work one morning. That was that. Ha!

On the other hand I had one out, an impacted one, and I was off work for a week, or nearly a week.

      Take care.

This is bad, the stuff they gave me to rinse with doesn't smell good, just putting it up to my mouth makes me feel like puking, but I know I'm supposed to take it, but 30 secons of rinsing is something I don't think I can take, I can just tell I'd puke.

Try it - if you really can't handle it, call the dentists office and ask what to do.

hang in there! You're doing great!!

      Matthew 8:26-27

He replied, "You of little faith, why are you so afraid?" Then He got up and rebuked the winds and the waves, and it was completely calm.
The men were amazed and asked, "What kind of man is this this? Even the wind and the waves obey Him!"

The smell did make me want to puke though, the only thing I can think of is carefully brushing alot and rinsing with salt water several times a day.

Eh. Wisdom teeth are of the devil. The more you talk about it, the closer my surgery seems to loom....

No problem during, not so cool after - for a bit. Don't fret the small stuff . . .
