Bible experts: Please evaluate the Bible Wheel

Opinions?"Faith in what?" he asked himself, adrift in limbo.
"Faith in faith," he replied. "It isn't necessary to have something to believe in. It's only necessary to believe that somewhere there's something worthy of belief."

Are you a Bible expert, Rationalist? I specifically asked for input from Bible experts. Maybe I posted in the wrong spot.

I believe you have the wrong web site. I've been here awhile and have yet to see any Bible expert poke their nose in. Prepare for quite a wait.Opinions?

Re: Bible experts: Please evaluate the Bible Wheel
I guess it depends on how you define expert. By my definition, I have seen many here.
What I meant when I said I may have posted in the wrong spot was that I intended to post in a theist only discussion area.
My bad."Faith in what?" he asked himself, adrift in limbo.

The guy who has the site posts here now and then under the nick 'biblewheel'
I enjoy the site and pop in quite often epecially when I am doing word searches as he has some interesting chain-links.
I havent been through it thoroughly yet though it is on my list to do.
edit: ps I'm not sure what you mean by 'Bible expert' ...I'm just a lover of the Word.Last edited by Abigail; September 16th 2005 at 04:33 AM.

Re: Bible experts: Please evaluate the Bible Wheel
Hi folks,
I've been busy finishing my book on the Bible Wheel, and so I took a break from posting ... of course, I also became frustrated with low-brow interuptions by people not interested in truth.
Anyway, I bumped into this thread because I just posted an anouncement about an internet radio interview I'll be doing tomorrow. You can get the link and time info here:
http://www.theologyweb.com/campus/sh...ad.php?t=61681
As for evaluating my work on the Bible Wheel, Seasanctuary started a thread for that here in Apologetics. It might be a good idea to pick up the discussion from there, since I already answered a bunch of the faqs.
http://www.theologyweb.com/campus/sh...ad.php?t=41916
In any case, I'd be delighted to answer any serious questions. (Wish I didn't have to add that adjective! It should go without saying! Grrrrrr ....)
Richard
EDIT TO ADD: Well, a mod removed the notice of the time and the link to the radio interview. Said "no advertising." Does anyone know the rules? Is there is an acceptable way to let other folks know a raido show they might be interested in?Last edited by BibleWheel; September 19th 2005 at 01:31 AM.

Re: Bible experts: Please evaluate the Bible Wheel
What makes one an expert on the Bible anyway? The more you study the Bible, the more you realize just how little you actually know compared to what's out there.

I suppose a Bible student (formal or self-educated) or scholar is what I had in mind.

Generally we try to keep personal advertising to this forum.

Re: Bible experts: Please evaluate the Bible Wheel
Spoken like a true carny scammer. Ever happen that anyone with a high-brow interruption wasn't interested in your truth? Or is it simply that all high-brow interrupters would automatically be interested in your truth and be agreeing with you?

As far as I know, we'll be taking calls. It would be nice to hear the voices of some TWebers.
