The owners of an Oregon bakery learned Friday that there is a severe price to pay for following their Christian faith. A judge for the Oregon Bureau of Labor and Industries (BOLI) recommended a lesbian couple should receive $135,000 in damages for their emotional suffering after Sweet Cakes by Melissa refused to make them a wedding cake. As a result – Aaron and Melissa Klein could lose everything they own — including their home. The Oregonian reports the recommended penalty is not final and could be raised or lowered by State Labor Commissioner Brad Avakian.Atheism is the cult of death, the death of hope. Indeed the whole idea of a subject that could yield such results is based on confusion and wishful thinking.
As for your "revealed mystery of the Trinity", it only arose in its current confused mess to counter the multitude of Christological heresies which lasted well into the 5th century.

Ky. court upholds freedom of printers not to print
ADF attorneys represent Lexington printer Hands On Originals

Attorney sound bite: Jim Campbell | Video: B-roll (2012)
LEXINGTON, Ky. – A Kentucky court ruled Monday that a Lexington printer is free to decline to print messages that conflict with his religious beliefs and that the government cannot force him to do otherwise.
The Lexington-Fayette Urban County Human Rights Commission ruled last year that Blaine Adamson of Hands On Originals must print messages that conflict with his faith on shirts that customers order from him. Alliance Defending Freedom attorneys representing Adamson appealed the ruling to the Fayette County Circuit Court, which has now reversed the commission’s decision.
“The government can’t force citizens to surrender free-speech rights or religious freedom in order to run a small business, and this decision affirms that,” said ADF Senior Legal Counsel Jim Campbell, who argued before the court in Hands On Originals v. Lexington-Fayette Urban County Human Rights Commission. “The court rightly recognized that the law protects Blaine’s decision not to print shirts with messages that conflict with his beliefs, and that no sufficient reason exists for the government to coerce Blaine to act against his conscience in this way.”Atheism is the cult of death, the death of hope. The demonstrable fact is that homosexual behavior is relatively commonplace among the primates and appears to have a distinct social function, e.g. among our close relatives the Bonobo’s.

A generic product of service is not "speech" in the legal sense applied to such protections. Unless you're writing or drawing something on a cake, it ain't speech.
So, as I said, the few cases of people's 1st Amendment protections actually being violated have been or will be overturned."I wonder about the trees. / Why do we wish to bear / Forever the noise of these / More than another noise / So close to our dwelling place?" — Robert Frost, "The Sound of Trees"
