Re: Tektoonics.com
Hi. Your cartoons are cool. I been to the tektoonics site yesterday, and today I was on it, but noticed that something on it yesterday wasn't on it today. I don't know if I just overlooked it today, or that you took it down. It was the one with the Kitty Warchild responding and I was going to ask what cartoon she was going to be in. Alright, that's all

Hey JP, I just have to ask, you ever plan on trying to publish Hearthstone as a comic book? Seriously, the plot is frickin' awesome...

You realize that if it was published, you'd have to pay to read it.

Ah, you sent the Annabelle fan art?

Cool. I'll respond to that later; I had 40 emails in my box this morning.
Kitty is just a one-shot character, as will be many in the parody section.
Johnny's right. This would cost an arm and a leg and I can't afford it. I'd also rather do this free for a few appreciative people than have to water things down to please a lot more people for pay.

As it is, it's not costing much yet in part because I am using the same server Tekton is on.
I cut one page out of Shrike Team #1 that could be moved to #2, leaving 78 pages, and I inked the last of those 78 yesterday. Coloration is on page 49. Maybe I can get this done Jan. 2. I won't load before Jan. 1 because bandwidth has been heavy.
Also started the "stick figure" script for Range Patrol #2, which is titled "Invasion Praxis". This one will be in at least two parts and the first part may reach 95 pages.

Due to rampant stupidity by Skeptics, and time issues, I'm only going to be on TWeb in my own (tektonics.org) section from now on. Deal with it.

Re: Tektoonics.com
Is tektoonics meant to be funny or something?
But then is jph's other website meant to be sensible Christian theology?

Yep. Another frustrated one without answers.

Well, if you want to keep trying on Annabelle....maybe it would be best to hand draw it? Shall I keep it in reserve then?

Re: Tektoonics.com
Huh. The news gets better. I miscounted somewhere, so it seems Shrike Team #1 has 76 pages, not 78. That makes it more likely I'll be done by Jan. 2.

Re: Tektoonics.com
Just in time for me to start school (assuming some loser drops out of my program and they take me off the waiting list and give me his place).
"Years ago, I mean decades ago, I read a quote about politicians performing quid pro quo favors for campaign cash, and whether or not we could prove it. The guy who was quoted opined that it was difficult to determine. He noted that in many cases, the payoff might not take the form of votes on legislative action -- those might be detectable, and so are avoided -- but could take subtler forms, like the question that is never asked at a hearing.
The media's doing a terrific job of not asking questions it doesn't want to know the answer to. It doesn't ask these questions in bulk, and the great volume of questions it doesn't ask makes it cheap to not ask questions.
And it passes these savings on to you, the customer." Ace

Finished the script for RP #2 last night. Looks like it will be 82 pages with a double cliffhanger at the end.

Well, get used to it....Shrike Team #1 ends on a cliffhanger, too, and will take at least 4 issues to get the whole mega-story done...
