      HELP in Firefox

I have a query for those of you who are Firefox gurus.

I keep getting the message in a pop up that I need to download the latest version of Quicktime. I have already done so, yet Firefox keeps telling me to do it.

I stinking E does not tell me this....only Firefox.

      Advice?

      Re: HELP in Firefox

Make sure that you are checking Firefox's box during the Quicktime installation in order to install the Firefox plugin.

After that, enter "about:plugins" into the address bar and make sure that QuickTime is listed.

      Re: HELP in Firefox

That happened to me too. It's actually a setting in QuickTime. Start the standalone QuickTime player, and go to Edit > Preferences > QuickTime Preferences. In the Browser tab, click the MIME Settings button. Then you just check the file types you want QuickTime to play, click OK, and Firefox should stop bugging you.

Also, make sure your arguments don't amount to this.

      Re: HELP in Firefox

I have another Firefox question: is there any way to switch between tabs using the keyboards, like you could switch between windows using Alt-Tab?

      Matthew 8:26-27

He replied, "You of little faith, why are you so afraid?" Then He got up and rebuked the winds and the waves, and it was completely calm.
The men were amazed and asked, "What kind of man is this this? Even the wind and the waves obey Him!"

Ctrl + TAB changes between tabs.
