T-Mobile may be a good option. They offer plans which have a bandwidth limit which merely shifts you from 4G to 3G. Too many companies put you into high rate fees if you exceed the limit.
Also it helps to get a cellular wi-fi device which can give you the internet access via USB. I think this helps to speed up the connection when compared to wi-fi.Last edited by mikewhitney; 08-15-2015, 09:01 PM.
