Channel 4's 'IT Crowd' heads to NBC

NBC has given a pilot order for an American version of Channel 4's The IT Crowd.
The show's American version will be a FremantleMedia and NBC Universal co-production.
A second season of the show's original British version was given the go-ahead by Channel 4 in March.

well the second season is finally in production. Not sure when it will begin broadcasting though.

The NBC version is slated to start this coming season. The weird thing is that the guy who plays Moss will also play Moss in the USA version (plus he is playing Moss in the second season in the UK version)
