I am currently re-reading this thread. Because I'm bored.

Re: What are you currently RE-reading?
The Iliad. Because it's one of the best books ever written. Not to have read Homer is not to have lived.
And, "The Sinfulness of Sin" (a Puritan Paperback) by Ralph Venning (d. 1674), which is utterly superb - it's a real eye-opener. It's a good read - odd as that may sound.Last edited by Rushing Jaws; July 24th 2012 at 08:24 PM.

Re: What are you currently RE-reading?
Watership Down, by Richard Adams. I read it decades ago, and picked it for our family oral bedtime reading so my daughter could hear it. She is 11 and reads juvenile novels and I'm trying to get her interested in reading for language and atmosphere instead of just plot.

Many, many years since I read that.
