Still some green around the gills but I worked a full day, went to the Rec Center and then to a concert.

Then came home to find out I'd done something stupid...

Is this related to the cat scratching you? Or is that healing? If not, go back to the doctor. Perhaps a better doctor.

I don't think so. Maybe. Probably more related to exhaustion. Anyway, it is related in that I'd been taking even more medication and it did a number on what's left of my stomach. I didn't get a lot of sleep Saturday night - my feet were okay when I left work but they became unbearable once I was in bed. Sunday I got a call at 7:40 asking if I wanted to go to a special showing of The War Room, which I did. So at 8:40 I was up and out the door - mostly. I was okay in the movie but as it ended I started feeling rough. I made it okay through church but by the time we got to Ruby Tuesday's I was really out of it, my head was splitting and I couldn't eat. I had wanted a steak but they couldn't make it (grill was messed up) so I ended up with a single trip to the salad bar, that I didn't finish. They didn't even charge me for the drink, which was very kind of them. Anyway, my friend took me back to the church and I took a nap in the parlor - after I threw up a bit in the bathroom.. I managed to finish the salad a bit at a time and felt better - by 4:30 I was willing to chance tylenol - I wasn't sure if taking anything was a good idea at that point.

I was okay - mostly - for the prayer meeting at 5. I made it though the CR meeting at 6:00 - and even had a soft taco between (took me fifteen minutes to eat, of course...) but I was pretty rough again by the end.

I went to the restroom for the usual and fell apart. Dunno why, I just started crying. I thought I had it under control when I went back but I was wrong. That was embarrassing - and irritating - and I was too danged sick to explain beyond 'I don't feel good'.

Long, embarrassing story short, two friends took me home and I slept a lot until about 3 am. I got as little more sleep and the rest I already told.

Now, I'm up trying to fix what I can of the stupid mistake I made. Which isn't much, of course. No, I don't wanna talk about that one yet.
