Some time ago, I made the suggestion that, since the username "yxboom" does not belong to a currently active member, I should have the username.
For reasons inexplicable to me, this suggestion was rejected by the tweb powers that be. I would like to present an addition argument for my contention that the username yxboom should not be allowed to lie fallow.
Consider that the word "boom" can be interchanged with almost any instance of the word "you" in any given song and the result will still make sense, as in the following examples:
I've been through the desert on a horse with no name
It felt good to be out of the rain
In the desert boom can remember your name
'Cause there ain't no one for to give boom no pain
***
Call my name through the cream
And I'll hear boom scream again
Black hole sun
Won't boom come
And wash away the rain
Black hole sun
Won't boom come
Won't boom come (Won't boom come)
***
Boom could have it all
My empire of dirt
I will let boom down
I will make boom hurt

O say can boom see, by the dawn's early light, what so proudly we hailed at the twilight's last gleaming
However, without a personal referent, the insertion of the word "boom" in the above examples just comes across as random. This must be rectified.
