Touch not the unclean thing? what is the unclean thing?

      2 Corinthians 6:17
"Wherefore come out from among them, and be ye separate, saith the Lord, and touch not the unclean thing; and I will receive you" II Corinthians 6:17

Touch not the unclean thing? what is the unclean thing?
Is it unclean meat? Idolatry? Anything else?

      Thank you

The passage in 2 Corinthians hearkens back to passages in Isaiah and Ezekiel. In this case, the "unclean thing" is idolatry, and the advice of the passage is to not compromise with idolatry or idolators.
