Re: Jesus Myth - The Case Against Historical Christ
Have you read the other thread he started where he insisted that the ressurected saints in Matthew were zombies, without a shread of evidence other than 'they were dead and started walking around'

Re: Jesus Myth - The Case Against Historical Christ
Yeah, I've heard the "zombie" terminology used in a few places before he used it, though. I just chalk it up to the modern trend of village atheists trying to get an emotional rise out of people when they don't have a rigorous argument to make. It's right up there in laughability with the "God raped Mary" routine, and Jimbo's "ancient war god" mantra.

It's more like, the argument's already won, no answer is forthcoming, so there's not much else to do.

Due to rampant stupidity by Skeptics, and time issues, I'm only going to be on TWeb in my own (tektonics.org) section from now on. Deal with it.

Seems to be referring to any rational, logical argument that defeats his. I.e. Your use of logic is irrational because it shows my argument to be incorrect.

If absolute certitude is impossible then you can't be 100% certain that absolute certitude is impossible - this is therefore an irrational argument as it relies on the very premise that you are supposedly refuting.

Speaking as a former atheist - that's embarrassing...

Ever read any theological books or do you simply listen to everything you are told without ever looking something more up?
That's nice... wasn't me or other's who did it. Do you have a point or do you just want to ramble? On the JesusNeverExisted.com guestbook, someone recently wrote "JP Holding has all the answers". I was a bit shocked as he wasn't even saying Jesus has the answers, but JP the Hutt!
And notice that I didn't post in that thread for quite a while... I also was reading your e-mails and saw your attitude long before you tried to play your little games in that threadAs for little angel and phoenix's assertion that I can be insulted at will because I "deserve it", let's look at the very first post I made here...
. Just like than, you show that you don't care about learning anything new, you don't care about looking at the possibility you might be wrong, and you don't care about the truth. You want to be free to rant and cry. Sorry, not going to let you do that here.
Stay stupid!Stay Cool!
