Here I thought you were a True Texan.

I haven't decided on Rubio or Fiorina. Rubio at least has stuck his foot in his mouth the least (I think).

And they get to know the people personally, and can hold them accountable, instead of letting scammers just take the money for themselves. One of the problems we do have here where I live is con-artists ACTING like poor, homeless people and wandering downtown, asking for money. Then they hop into their 2015 pickup truck and drive home after a "hard days work". So rather than giving money to people like that, I will offer to buy them a meal, and try to get to know them. Or tell them about the church shelters nearby where they can get some help. About 3 out of 5 times, they get mad and walk away because I didn't give them cash.
Looks like ANOTHER VACANCY ON THE "DIRTY DOZEN" LIST!

Any nominations to replace Sparko with someone more (un)"worthy"?

Let's have confirmation by "Amen" count. If you "Amen" my #169, you want Sparko off the list.
If you "Amen" Sparko's #170, you want Sparko retained on the "Dirty Dozen list".
(Keep in mind that you may be Sparko's replacement if you vote for my #169. Unless you've been good.)
Highest "Amen" count wins! Go to it, brothers, let's have your amens!
(Sparko and I have already in effect voted for our choice, so we don't vote again.)

"I hate him passionately", he's "a demonic force" - Tucker Carlson, in private, on Donald Trump

And I'm sure your "news sources" make sure to always put things in their proper context and display them in the most charitable manner, right? Right?

                        • But I've never been to Nova Scotia! Or even Canada ever!

But "Amen" to my Amen idea. Sparko runs this place, so people are afraid to vote. If they vote for my revocation of his former "Dirty Dozen" status, that's
supporting Sparko's good-guyness, but if they vote for Sparko's opposition to losing his (un)favored status, that's in effect dissing Sparko.
There's no courage here. Give it up.

Did I almost get in trouble. I typed "guyness" and it self-"corrected" to gayness!

Ah, "out of context" extracts which you are duped into believing is representative of the overall tone.
