Great Harvest Sunflower Millet is my favorite. I have not bought regular white bread in more years than most of you have been alive. On a similar subject . . . When I make whole wheat bread (which I have not done for several years) it always gives me acid stomach. Great Harvest bread does not, nor does other bakery bread. Mischbrot.
German sour-dough rye. Kinda like Jewish rye but with a tang to it. It is a mix of wheat and rye.
