You can't make this stuff up! If these guys were driving trucks for ISIS, they can hardly be considered "civilian casualties". ISIS pays well for support jobs, and it wouldn't take long for word to get out - "hey, you can make good money driving oil trucks for ISIS, but you may get dead pretty quickly".The first to state his case seems right until another comes and cross-examines him.

I'm glad Israel decided to not shoot down a russian plane when it strayed into it's territory. IDF Minister,Moshe Ya'alon, stated
"Russian planes have no intention of attacking us, so there is no need to automatically shoot them down, even if they accidentally [breach our air space]."
