      2008

There is a very good chance that in 2008 the forces of evil are going to win the White House and the devil will once again gain control of this country through his proxy, the Demoncratic party. We'll see confiscatory tax rates, man/horse marriage, and every other sort of excess and evil prosper once again in the District of Columbia.

When Clinton was in power I said alot of vile things about the man. I've said alot of vile things about Ted Kennedy and many other Demoncratic leaders.

That is an evil thing to do.

As much as I'm having fun spelling Democrat as Demoncrat, the fact remains that in I Peter 2 we are commanded, as Christians, to respect our governmental officials. While I'm sure a Demoncrat White House will only bring more sex scandals, shame, and debauchery to Washington DC the fact remains that it is wrong to make it into a point of mockery of our elected leaders and this great land.

The year 2008 is likely going to be my next opportunity to have real opposition in the White House. We can do as Conservatives did during the Clinton years, and as Liberals have done during the Bush years and disobey the clear teaching of Scripture and mock those G_d has placed over us, thereby indirectly mocking G_d, or we can be humble and pray for those men with humble and contrite hearts.

In other words, can I as a Christian shuddup and pray?
      We'll see.

I'm not American so I can mock those placed over you all I want.
"Years ago, I mean decades ago, I read a quote about politicians performing quid pro quo favors for campaign cash, and whether or not we could prove it. The guy who was quoted opined that it was difficult to determine. He noted that in many cases, the payoff might not take the form of votes on legislative action -- those might be detectable, and so are avoided -- but could take subtler forms, like the question that is never asked at a hearing.

The media's doing a terrific job of not asking questions it doesn't want to know the answer to. It doesn't ask these questions in bulk, and the great volume of questions it doesn't ask makes it cheap to not ask questions.

And it passes these savings on to you, the customer." Ace

The US is looking more and more like Canada that way. Only warmer.

You should move to Yellowknife in Yukon Territory. You'd love it there.
If there is anything I’ve learned from both conservatives and liberals, it’s that we can have all the “right” answers and still be mean. And when you’re mean, it’s hard for people to listen to, much less desire, your truth.
