Personally, I think the no-fly list should be ruled unconstitutional due to it stripping people of rights not based on any real crime they have done, but on something some faceless bureaucrat somewhere thinks somebody might end up doing with little to no actual evidence to back up such an accusation.

Yes, scary - I just listened to it - along with the question, are these government officials just plain stupid? And this one:

I understand that that’s his idea.”

“My question is, can you name another constitutional right we have that is chilled until you find out it’s chilled, and then you have to petition the government to get it back? Is that true with the First Amendment?”
