I'm actually just wondering WHY it is not OK?
Obviously it all goes to the same place, no problem there.
While showering, plenty of water and soap washes it away.
It leaves no stain, no smell, no mess, no residue.
Compare to going in the toilet. It splashes, it stains, it smells, it has to be cleaned and wiped down often, and we often leave the lid up, much to the dismay of the ladies.
Ask any women if they'd rather have their guy pee in the shower, or toilet, comparing the two based on mess and grossness. Which would they pick?
How many women have cringed at the thought of cleaned a guy's shower versus his toilet? The shower is not gross, it's just the idea, but needlessly.
I don't know about the rest of you, but the only thing "dirty" about my shower is the soup scum that builds up. Not nasty pee messes like on a toilet, now THAT is just gross.
So the question is, what's wrong? No, like seriously, is there something I don't know? Like pee does not wash down the drain with water and soup, but sticks there with a vengeance, waiting to hop on to the next feet to step in? I think not.
Note that I am a single guy. I don't see the point in flushing 2 gallons of water down the drain before wasting 10s more in the shower. I keep things simple, have to clean the toilet less often, waste less water, and kill two birds with one stone.
Now how do you beat that logic?

It would be easier for her to convince me of it's detrimental effects by using real data and not brute force tactics.
There is a group of women out there running a petition to demand men pee sitting down, because of how messy it is whilst standing. Now if only they could see just how very clean it is to use the shower instead, they would petition for us never to use the toiley again!
