Re: Personality Test
Same here.
You know my reputation here, so you know my type. (I suppose I already told you on this thread last year.) For those of you who want to figure me out, I'll put my type below the screen image (or for those who want to cheat and research what I said before.)
What, don't you know what the most hated type is?
We're hated because we're loud.
And spacey. Our feet planted solidly in mid-air.
Objective, fair. Won't give in to your emotional pleading.
Messy.
OK, I gave you all the four orientations in the usual order.
Now you should know my type.
Spoiler follows:

Interesting test. Thanks.

Re: Personality Test
What's with all the INFJs? We're the rarest personality type...or so I thought. Man, no wonder I get along with (almost) everyone on this site.

Re: Personality Test
IIRC, one of the most common internet sources for the 'rarest' claim re INFJs is an estimate by David Keirsey. He just guessed how common he thought each type was. The other common source a phone poll done in the US. Neither are terribly reliable. Interestingly, the proportions from the entire Australian Myers-Briggs were published somewhere half a dozen years ago, and the proportions were quite different (INFJ was a relatively common type for women, for example). However, these figures overrepresented certain occupations. (If you like, I can re-Google it and post a link, it's been ages since I looked at this stuff.)

Re: Personality Test
If I have a mystical experience, an experience that's so overwhelming that I know now that there's a God, the cognitive fallout from that is irrelevant. The fact that that experience can be explained by psychologists in numerous ways is irrelevant to the fact that I now know.

Re: Personality Test
I wouldn't quite call Googling research
Here's the Australian type distribution article (PDF): http://www.ausapt.org.au/pdf/researc...001_gender.pdf
It's from 2001, so rather dated. And it's rather brief.
This article discusses the 'rare INFJ' claim: http://www.infj.com/INFJ_Statistics.htm
According to it, there is a bit more evidence than I remembered.

Re: Personality Test
The internet is a place for Introverts to dominate. It doesn't require much social interaction and allows for one to think before they speak. I do not know of any person myself on a personal level (at least knowingly) who is an INTP like myself, but the internet is chock full of INTPs I've met. I don't know of a lot of NTs period, for that matter.

Thanks for the data, regardless. It's interesting.
