Minimalist
In the past month or so I've been flirting with "minimalist" wallpapers, I've posted four of them on my DeviantArt account. Two of them, suprisingly, are also what seem to be my most "popular" wallpapers, so I though I'd post them here.
Critiques, comments, etc. are all welcome (and invited!)"Remembering that you are going to die is the best way I know to avoid the trap of thinking you have something to lose.

Re: Minimalist
I like them both, but I like the first one the best. It reminds me of looking at the horizon early in the morning when there is not enough light to reveal detail. The pixellated effect puts me in mind of looking through the screen of a tent at the sunrise when camping. (I wear glasses so it's about the same amount of detail I would actually see in such a situation.)

Re: Minimalist
Nice; now that's minimalist.
In the minimalized, but not minimalist category, here is something I did a couple of years ago around this same time of the year. It's an ACEO card. I got the idea of making two ACEO cards in one by perfing it in the middle and doing each half the opposite way up. The original is colored pencil, in standard ACEO size (2.5x3.5 inches) on card stock -- probably just under half the size it shows on most screens.
It's a true ATC ACEO card, in that I gave it away face-to-face; all I have left is the scan.

Re: Minimalist
Nice art. My art is kinda minimalist, but not quite as bleak.
Call me Mark. I like sarcasm and the surreal.
