NA27 Text (Revelation 8:5):

*εἴληφα and εἴρηκα, to be found in Revelation only (5:7; 8:5; 7:14; 19:13), are the forms which in contemporary papyri are found as aorists, which suggests that owing to the lack of discernible reduplication they were properly regarded not a perfects but as aorists (BG ¶289).
