DJ the Pig is at it again with the self-justifications.

Lordy, ain't it just like the "He Lies Again" thread????
Since I'm getting blasted in the comments below, supposedly because I may have made fun of a person with a mental disability, let me respond.
I found this video posted on Facebook by a well-respected Christian scholar, so if you blast me then blast him too.
Be glad to, DJ. What's his name? I already blasted the jackass who posted it on ebaumsworld.com (all there is is an online screen name) so might as well add it to the party.
But really, that doesn't get you out of YOUR responsibility, does it, you unmitigated jackass?
Besides, I never said exactly what it was that I found to be funny about this guy who can't sing, so let me spell it out now.
SNIFF....hmm, I smell a contorted rationalization after the fact coming....
What I find hilarious is that the church allowed him to sing before the congregation in the first place. That's it! They knew how he would sing on camera before he sang and they let him sing anyway! That's the hoot! So no, I would not want him to sing at my funeral for the same reasons the church leadership should not have let him sing before the faithful. Why? Because it’s painful to hear him sing. He can’t sing! Do I need to be any clearer?

YEAH RIGHT. It was his American Idol-less talent that inspired your comments, DJ. RIGHT. SURE. And his hairstyle too, yes? Also that he shops at Target and has AFLAC insurance.
And people were hit with firehoses in Bull Connor's Alabama because they needed a bath, right?
Sorry, DJ. Not even 1% believable, and your past record here is part of the problem...a BIG part of it.
Also please note that the title was quite plain: The man was being made fun of because he was supposedly a crackhead. It was his slurred speech that the original compiler mocked.
Since you didn't amend that in your own posting, explaining that you didn't agree with the quite blatant sentiment of the poster who made the title, your "explanation" just DIED. Plus the fact that you waited hours to post this explanation, and didn't use it when Rob_R first called you down. LIAR.
If a Christian wants to respond that God doesn't care how talented someone is when it comes to worshipful praise, and that sincere faith is all God asks, then let's do a review.
No, DJ. I don't care about that. It wouldn't matter if the guy was singing in front of the Liars Club (your fave meeting) or to the Royal Order of Moose. You're still an ignorant bigot.
This is not indicative of good church leadership. Not only is it not edifying to the congregation but it can also harm the guy who sang who will be ridiculed afterward.
In other words, it is HIS fault if people like
you make fun of him?
What next, DJ? Gonna go around getting rapists off scot free because their victims were wearing perfume?
Think of it this way. If sincere faith is all that's important then why doesn’t the church hire this guy to be their preacher and listen to him every week? Why not make him the treasurer of the church? Why not make him the choir director? You see, sincerity is not enough when it comes to placing the right people with the right gifts in the right place. Church leadership must be more responsible than this in identifying and properly placing people with the right spiritual gifts.
And that’s it. I find this incident absolutely hilarious for those reasons. It has nothing to do with whether or not this guy has a mental handicap. If he does I can sympathize for him much more than that church did, for I would never have placed him in this situation in the first place. As a result people would not be making fun of him in public like they are now.
So, let's have some more fun with this for the reasons I just stated.
I left that intact because the oozing, slimy, disgusting and arrogant self-righteousness needs to speak for itself. You're a liar, DJ. That's a proven fact. Your excuses are contrivances made up after the fact for a tremendous blunder. That's the story of your life. Too bad you can't claim it as a disability.
So, let's have some more fun with John W. Loftus for the reasons I just stated.
