When Germany began to cultivate proud nationalism at the expense of spirituality, it began to rise in the worldly sense. Pride (our language means whisky too).gives immediate exhilaration lessening wisdom. It destroys internal and external bonding love to disintegrate soul and mind parts. Then weakened soul fall prey to foolishness and vices as weakened body falls prey to diseases.
So the foolish German mass chose a mentally unstable dream merchant leader. Under him they smashed all around and themselves. The leader found no alternative except suicide at the end.
Glory, power and money are not bad in themselves, but our infatuation in them makes them bad. These can’t integrate, rather divide. Only spiritual love can integrate inside and with outside.
But, while in heaven, pride-blinded we chose a leader like Hitler and made war there (Rev12-7). Falling here we are following the same course as the German nation did. All our Gods-Hindu, Muslim and even Christian (O.T. God) are suicidal. Whoever kills or orders killing is on way to suicide as our root is one. So Christ said “you shall get what you do to others”. Only a few like German philosopher Bonhoffer dies to show the light.
