Now I understand that those stick to Christ, the cross-conquering love of God, can save their sanity which means saving the soul. I have seen so many people gone mad losing their personality when they lost the relationships on which they built their life. Some of them committed suicide or did suicidal things. Many become incurable. . In this life our body, its passions and body based relations are also support. Many loose sanity when a major part is gone. But in some cases sanity can be regained when alternative supports are gained. Failing that they destroy themselves by drugs, criminality, suicide etc.
I remember from papers that when the actress Marilyn Monroe committed suicide by drugs 30 Turkish fans followed, let alone the rest of the world. Drug-addiction is a way of suicide too. This happens not only in this life but after this life too. When emotional supports are gone, sanity is quickly destroyed in this life and in after-life too
After death the main emotional support body and its relations are gone, so sanity-personality begins to crumble. If one has constructed spiritual relationship supports with spiritual beings in this life, he can save his sanity-personality on this support after life. After death this cant be done.
But spiritual world has not only Christ, Heavenly Father and Heaven, but love-enemy devils and hell too. Relationship with latter as in non-christian people disintegrates personality-soul in the end. Only love can bind together, to save soul and Christ can brings us to that love-God. So those who have achieved a predominant relationship with Christ can save their sanity and soul after death. But others, even the majority nominal Christians can’t save their sanity and soul after life as all their major supports are gone after death. Their soul parts disassemble.
Some may say that whoever calls in the name of Christ will be saved by him. No! Devils also call in the name of Christ but they can’t be saved as they have not established love-relationship with Christ. Christ is eager to establish love-relation with everyone but he can’t without our cooperation here. If we reject that here we can’t in afterlife.
