Can there be such a person as a "cult Christian"? I mean one who sincerely believes he/she is but is unteachable based on the opinion/teaching of some leader, which is a sign of cultism. I believe so, what is your opinion? Is not unteacheableness the line that must be crossed that moves a person away from Christ?

Hmmm ... good question!
To my mind, that's not the only "line" that, if crossed, takes a person away from the core doctrines of Christianity. And there are probably certain things on which a Christian should be unteachable on ... especially if, say, a non-Christian like me tries to tear down their faith. (I wouldn't, but there are self-proclaimed "Wiccans" who would.) I guess it's how you define "unteachability." I imagine Paul was pretty "unteachable" ... I mean, according to Acts, he got right up in Peter's face on the issue of eating with Gentiles. And obviously even someone who is in a classic cult and is "unteachable" by anyone else is usually amenable to the teachings of the cult leader.
I think it's a good concept, but perhaps the question needs to be rethought for more clarity?
